You can delete your Sideline account yourself at any time, on the website or in the Sideline app.
How
- Sign in at app.sidelinemoments.com or open the Sideline app.
- Select your name at the top to open Your profile.
- Scroll to Delete your account, type DELETE, and select Delete my account.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
If you can't sign in, email team@sidelinemoments.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll do it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is removed
- Your sign-in (email and password)
- Your profile: name and phone number
- You, from every team and league you belong to
What stays
Clips and photos you uploaded belong to the team, so they stay for the other families, without your name or email on them. If you want a photo or clip of your own child removed, ask your coach or email us; see the privacy policy.
If you were a team's only coach, the team keeps going. We'll help the league or the families add another coach.
