One line item. Every family gets their kid.
Add Sideline to registration and every team in the league gets a film room, every player gets a reel, and every family gets a reason to renew. Consent lives in the waiver you already have.
Free for your first season. No cameras to buy, no contracts to sign for the pilot.
What the league gets
- ✓ A film room and player reels for every team, not just the ones with a tech-savvy coach
- ✓ Helmet-sticker awards tallied automatically, per game and per season
- ✓ A private, adults-only space per team with no public feed
- ✓ Coach and parent onboarding handled by us
- ✓ A renewal talking point families can see, not read about
Sold to the league, so it reaches every kid.
Every team, not some teams
Sold team by team, the kids on the teams with the most organised parents get film and the rest don’t. Bundled, the 8-year-old on the last-place team gets the same reel as everyone else.
Consent handled once
One sentence in the registration waiver covers filming and private sharing for the season. No per-team forms, no chasing signatures in week three.
Cheaper than one camera
A per-player fee across a league costs less than a single AI camera per team, and it works with the cameras and phones your families already own.
Your calendar, not ours.
Winter: decide
Board approves the bundle, we add a consent line to the waiver and a line item to registration. We set up teams from your roster export.
Preseason: onboard
Coaches get a 20-minute walkthrough. Team parents learn to film with what they have. Every family gets an invite when rosters lock.
In season: it runs
Games get clipped and tagged each week. Families watch. We handle support so your board never hears about it.
A free first season, on real games.
Pick a division, or the whole league. We’ll run the season with you, share the numbers at the end (who watched, how many plays got tagged, how many families opened their kid’s reel), and you decide about next year with data instead of a pitch.
Talk to us about a pilotWhat league boards ask us
How is it priced for a league?
Per registered player per season, billed to the league, so families never see a separate charge. Most boards pass it through as a small line item on registration. Your first season is a free pilot; after that the rate depends on league size and how many sports you run. Ask for a quote.
What does the league have to do?
Three things: add a consent sentence to the waiver you already use, give us a roster export, and tell your coaches it exists. We set up every team and invite the coaches. There is nothing to install and no hardware to buy.
Who films the games?
Whoever films today. A parent with a phone on a tripod is enough. Teams with an XbotGo, Veo, or Trace camera use that footage directly. Leagues that want a camera on every field can add them later; Sideline doesn’t care where the video comes from.
What about consent and privacy?
Adults hold every account; children never log in. Each team’s space is private to its coaches and invited parents. There is no public feed, no facial recognition, and families can download and delete their own player’s media. Consent for filming and sharing goes in your registration waiver, which is the cleanest place for it. Read the privacy policy.
What happens if we don’t renew?
Uploads and tagging close a month after your season (or playoffs) end. Families keep watching and downloading their player’s clips and photos for a year after the season, we email them before anything is removed, and the league can request a full export. Renew and every past season stays, so returning families build up years of film. Nothing is held hostage.
